August?????

Where has this year gone???

It is hot and muggy here and expecting thunderstorms today.  (Missing Colorado weather big time!!!)

I have been busy in my garden.  I have green beans, pattypan and summer squash maturing and then in another couple of weeks my tomatoes will be ready.  I haven’t had a garden for years so I have forgotten how much work it is if you don’t have a tiller to help keep the weeds away.  I have no room for freezing vegs and no supplies to can them so I will not have that pleasure this year!!  Maybe next year????

Thank you for the update and what awesome pictures of your garden goodies! When I lived in Strum I had a garden several summers. Yes it keeps you busy!!!
I was going to read Tom Clancy's previous book but it had so many pages that it made me hesitate.
I am reading The Athena Project by Brad Thor-About 4 Delta Force women.
Have a good day.

Great looking veggies! WOW! This is the monsoon season over the mountains, so in Durango, it looks like a lot of rain! We, of course, don't get much over here in this dessert town! : )

Hey...if that is the dessert town, which one is the entree town?
